1 Title: Virtual Meeting
Proposal that we have the ability to discuss issues, address policies and cast our votes via email. This will allow us to stay in communication and get stuff done in between our regular scheduled meetings. 		Approved  Record 
2 Title: KofC Office Computer Update
The computer that was installed in the council office needs to have its hard drive
re-formatted and the operating system re-installed. This computer was donated to the council and needs to be wiped clean prior to our use. In addition, the Verizon DSL modem needs to be moved from the bar to the office to accommodate a direct ethernet connection to the computer. Since the jukebox is no longer installed in the bar, the Verizon DSL modem is no longer required to be located in the bar.		 Approved Record
3 Title: New Triplicate Fish Fry Receipts for Take Out Dinners
To assist in more efficient reconciliation between the revenue collected and the dinners served during the fish fries, it is proposed that new triplicate fish fry receipts be introduced for the 2010 Fish Fries. These new fish fry receipts will allow for the white copy to go to the kitchen, the yellow copy to go to the front desk and the pink copy to go to the customer. At the end of the night, the front desk will then be able to more effectively reconcile the total dinners (both dine-in and take-outs) against  the revenue that was collected for the evening. Title: Columbian Club Bylaws Amendment - Definition of "Member in Good Standing"
Description: Proposal to amend the Columbian Club Bylaws, Article I, by adding the following text. ""For the avoidance of doubt, a member in good standing is defined as a Knights of Columbus Council 6336 member of any degree who is not delinquent on their annual dues payment to the extent that a Letter of Intent to Suspend notice has been sent to the member by the Financial Secretary of the Council."

5 Title: Installation of Programmable Thermostats
